(Reuters) – Twitter (NYSE:) Chief Govt Parag Agrawal stated on Friday that he had introduced management modifications and a hiring freeze with a purpose to “construct a stronger Twitter,” at the same time as the corporate is being acquired by billionaire Elon Musk.
“Some have been asking why a ‘lame-duck’ CEO would make these modifications if we’re getting acquired anyway,” he wrote in a collection of tweets. “Whereas I count on the deal to shut, we should be ready for all situations.”
